Goals

Take it day by day. Step by step.

Sometimes we plan too many things that are not even in reach due to time.

We make these huge plans for the future, that at the moment seem unattainable and overwhelming.

What to do:

Plan it month by month for the big goals.

Plan it day by day or week by week for the small to medium goals.

Example:

My goal for September is to take it slow. Take care of my physical and mental health and see what comes out of that.

My goal for today is spending time with myself.
